| Pelaku tindak pidana judi togel berikut barang bukti diamankan di Mapolsek Sambit |
Petugas kepolisian berhasil mengamankan pelaku tindak pidana perjudian jenis toto gelap atau togel di rumah milik GS Jalan Nusantara RT.03 RW.01, Desa Campursari, Kecamatan Sambit, Kabupaten Ponorogo.
Pelaku berinisial MS (53) warga Desa Gajah, Kecamatan Sambit. Aparat melakukan penangkapan setelah adanya laporan dari masyarakat, jika di wilayah Desa Gajah kerap digunakan transaksi judi togel. Pun petugas kepolisian dari Unit Reskrim Polsek Sambit langsung melakukan penyelidikan.
"Setelah di cek ternyata benar adanya. Kita membuntuti pelaku MS yang berperan sebagai pengecer dan menyetorkan sejumlah uang hasil togel selama seminggu di rumah GS. Kita langsung meringkus pelaku sekira pukul 11.00 WIB," ujar Kapolsek Sambit, AKP Sutriatno, Selasa (26/1).
Dirinya menambahkan, adapun barang bukti (BB) yang berhasil diamankan, yakni handphone merk Vivo 1904 warna hitam dan handphone merk Lenovo warna putih yang digunakan sebagai transaksi judi togel. Serta uang senilai Rp 1,1 juta rupiah. Pelaku berikut BB telah diamankan di Mapolsek Sambit.
"Kita akan terus melakukan pengembangan kasus judi togel ini untuk mengungkap siapa bandar -nya. Pelaku dijerat pasal 303 KUHP tentang tindak pidana perjudian," jlentrehnya. * (nda)
